Shipping Policy

What is delivered

Your purchase provides the digital files and usage license described in the product listing. No physical backdrop, printed paper, assembled scene, tools, or photography equipment will be shipped.

There is no physical shipping charge for these digital products. Applicable taxes and the order total are shown at checkout.

Payment and download access

We will send a download link or instructions for accessing your purchased files to the email address provided at checkout. The files are delivered electronically, not by post.

Download access will be provided within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. This means 24 elapsed hours, including weekends and public holidays. An order confirmation email is a purchase receipt and may arrive separately from the email containing your download access.

If payment is pending or unsuccessful, the delivery period has not yet started. If a confirmed order requires additional verification or a technical issue delays delivery, we will notify you by email and provide an updated delivery estimate.

If you have not received your download access within 24 hours after payment confirmation, check your spam, junk, and promotional folders, then email service@naryinww.com with your order number.

Your email address

Use an email address you can access and check it carefully before placing your order. Delivery messages and download instructions will be sent to that address.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact service@naryinww.com with your order number and the correct address. We may ask for information to verify the purchase before updating the address or restoring access. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Opening and saving your files

You need an internet connection and a device that can download and open the listed PDF, JPG, or PNG formats. If a ZIP folder is supplied, extract it first.

A desktop or laptop is recommended for checking print scale. Save a backup of your purchased files for your licensed use.

Any download-link expiry or download limit will be stated in the download instructions. If a link has expired or you cannot access your files, contact us with your order number so we can verify the purchase and help restore access.

Missing or inaccessible downloads

Contact service@naryinww.com if download instructions are missing after the stated delivery period, a link does not work, or the delivered files are incomplete, corrupted, or incorrect.

Include your order number, checkout email address, product name, and a description of the issue. If available, include a screenshot of the error with sensitive information hidden.

We will investigate and provide appropriate assistance, which may include resending download instructions, restoring access, or supplying corrected files. If we cannot supply the purchased content as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
