No. Our current products are downloadable digital files. You print, cut, and assemble them yourself. Printed backgrounds, assembled scenes, tools, lighting, and the subjects shown in styled photographs are not included.

Each listing provides its own file inventory. Most scene kits include a print-and-cut PDF, JPG artwork, an illustrated guide, and a license PDF. Surface Library includes twelve texture designs. Light & Shadow Atelier includes six stencil designs supplied as PDF and PNG files.

We will send a download link or instructions for accessing your purchased files to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. This means 24 elapsed hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Your order confirmation is a purchase receipt and may arrive separately from the email containing download access. If payment is pending or unsuccessful, the delivery period has not yet started.

If a confirmed order requires additional verification or a technical issue delays delivery, we will notify you by email and provide an updated delivery estimate.

If you have not received download access within 24 hours after payment confirmation, check your spam, junk, and promotional folders, then email service@naryinww.com with your order number. If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us so we can verify the purchase and help restore access.

The collection is designed for US Letter paper, 8.5 × 11 inches. Print at Actual Size / 100% and check the test ruler before cutting. Automatic “Fit to Page” settings can change component sizes.

Matte cardstock around 176–216 gsm may be suitable, but only use paper weights supported by your printer. Follow the product-specific guide.

Most main walls measure 7.5 inches wide × 9.5 inches high, with floors measuring 7.5 inches wide × 9.5 inches deep. Individual components vary. Most scenes suggest subjects up to approximately 3 inches tall; Petal & Paper and Coastal Shutters suggest approximately 2.5 inches. These are composition guidelines, not guaranteed fits.

The artwork is flattened. Editable source files, SVG, DXF, laser-cut files, and 3D-printing models are not included. The templates are intended for manual cutting.

No. These are printed illustrations. They do not create physical stone texture, real wood grain, fabric curtains, metallic foil, or mirror reflections. Printed moon and light effects do not illuminate your subject. Shadow stencils require a separate external light source.

Yes. One purchase licenses one individual or one business to print and assemble the files for its own photography. Photographs you create may be used in product listings, advertising, social media, personal projects, and client photography.

You may not share or resell the source files, extracted artwork, printed backdrop sheets, or assembled kits.

Paper forms are decorative accents with no verified load capacity. Place valuable, fragile, or heavy objects on a stable solid surface, with paper forms beside or behind them. Keep paper away from water, flames, and hot equipment.

Email service@naryinww.com with your order number, checkout email address, product name, and a description of the issue. If available, include a screenshot of the error with sensitive information hidden.
